Paul C. Ho, MD, MSc, President and CEO
Founder of HOCOR and inventor of the HOCOR system, Dr. Ho practices Clinical and Interventional Cardiology in Honolulu, Hawaii and has performed over 5,000 percutaneous cardiac procedures.  He has been involved in numerous clinical studies of cardiovascular devices.  Trained as a Biomedical Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania, he received his Medicine and Cardiology training at the Dartmouth and Harvard Medical Schools.

Kevin D. Murray, MD, Surgical Consultant
Dr. Murray is an accomplished Cardiothoracic Surgeon and has had extensive background in animal research.  He was part of the development team for the Jarvik-7 artificial heart program.  Dr. Murray received his training in General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Chicago and Yale Medical School, respectively.  He was a fellow at the University of Utah’s Institute of Bioengineering performing R&D on the artificial heart.

Saibal Kar, MD, Medical Consultant
Dr. Kar is an internationally recognized Interventional Cardiologist and is the most experienced operator of the Evalve device (percutaneous mitral valve repair system).  Dr. Kar is the Director of Interventional Cardiac Research at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and an Assistant Professor at the UCLA Medical School.  Dr. Kar is one of the best structural heart cardiac specialists in the world.
